Our Workforce Training and Development program helps job seekers build the skills they need to get a job, stay employed, and advance in their careers.
We also provide training and development to commercial and non-profit businesses through our Corporate Academy. Our goal is to help local businesses become more successful by enabling them to hire more qualified employees and the Bridge Workforce makes the way possible.

Founded in 2016, we aim to empower low-income individuals to secure sustainable employment and build financial security. Our goals are to train people to be self-sufficient while driving community economic development and helping workers succeed in their careers.

The Bridge Workforce Training and Development program provides training for adults who need to improve basic skills and learn additional job-related skills to increase their employability. These programs have been developed in collaboration with local businesses which helps ensure that the training is relevant to the needs of area employers.

Our training and development program, The Bridge, will equip workers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the modern workforce. The Bridge is designed for jobseekers who are unemployed or underemployed in under-resoured areas
